Garbh Yog Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is specific to the Garbh Yog program offered by My Yoga Ayurveda. We aim to be transparent about our cancellation terms.

1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

You are eligible for a refund if you raise a cancellation request within 7 days of your enrollment payment date. If you feel the program is not the right fit for you during the first week, you may cancel your membership.

2. Deductions & Token Amount

While we offer a refund, certain administrative and processing costs are non-recoverable. Therefore, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

  • Token Amount Deduction: A fixed administrative fee of ₹500 will be deducted from your paid amount.
  • Payment Gateway Charges: Transaction fees levied by the payment gateway (PayU/Razorpay) are non-refundable and will be deducted.
  • Taxes: Any GST or applicable taxes paid during the transaction that have already been remitted to the government cannot be refunded.
Calculation Example:
If you paid ₹4,999:
Refund = ₹4,999 - (₹500 Token) - (Gateway Charges & Taxes) = Final Refund Amount.
